HyPower Fuel Inc. (PINKSHEETS:HYPF) is pleased to report to its
shareholders that in its opinion the H2 Reactor will greatly assist
in Governor Schwarzenegger�s Low Carbon Fuel Standard Initiative to
reduce carbon content of transportation fuels by 10% by the year
2020. Recently the Governor visited Canada and signed pacts for
similar carbon cuts with the Provinces of Ontario and British
Columbia. Mr. Douglas Bender, President of HyPower, stated that �we
are �pumped up� about the future of the H2 Reactor as an
aftermarket product to allow a standard gasoline car to be
converted to an oxyhydrogen hybrid. Oxyhydrogen burns clean with
only water as an emission, so the use of oxyhydrogen produced
on-board and on-demand only makes sense under the aggressive
climate change policy that the Governor is advocating.� Governor
Schwarzenegger has become an environmental advocate and in his
Action Plan for California�s Environment has pledged to reduce air
pollution by 50% by the end of the decade. The Governor has stated
that �vehicles contribute as much as 50% of the greenhouse gases.

vehicle emissions�. The Governor has also stated that �We must
reduce our dependence and addiction on foreign oil. The nature of

going to aggressively move forward to take advantage of
California�s tough new environmental initiatives and related
financial incentives as they pertain to the H2 Reactor. The future

electrolysis to create hydrogen and oxygen gases from water. After
