All I can say is that they need to at least come out with the 3rd quarter report...it appears to me that they have not missed since 2021 and have done a good job staying current....if they can do that, I still have some hope.

Staying current is a good thing I guess but I don't see anything in that Q that states an acquisition of 12 properties
