Sundance (OTCQX:SNYXF; TSX.V:SNY) has a variety of partnership agreements in place with First Nations bands in Alberta and Saskatchewan. Sundance is pursuing light oil prospects in the prolific Bakken, Torquay, Second White Specks, Souris Valley and Shaunavon Formations in South East Saskatchewan and additional light oil prospects in Central Alberta. In August 2011, Sundance received drilling licenses for 6 wells including 4 on its approximately 40,000 contiguous acre Ochapowace First Nation Permit (100% interest) and 2 on its approximately 17,000 contiguous acre Muskowekwan First Nation Permit (100% interest). The Ochapowace 6-5 18-3 W2M well has been drilled, cored, and cased and is awaiting completion and testing in four separate zones. Drilling of the first well at Muskowekwan is scheduled to commence in November 2011.
