Meridea Financial Software Turns to Bowne Global Solutions for

designing and tailoring Meridea's customer documentation process
and producing the documentation. To help streamline the project,
BGS integrated its recommended documentation process into Meridea's
product development cycle. The documentation, which BGS produced in
English, is based on Meridea's technical specifications and
face-to-face interviews with subject matter experts. It is the
first time Meridea has worked with a provider of technical
publication services to produce its documentation. "BGS listened to
what we wanted and suggested a solution based on our requirements,"

allowed us to analyze various stages of the project and the

BGS office who took care of managing resources and billing, as well
as an onsite BGS project coordinator who planned, supervised and
implemented the authoring work with the technical writers. The team
