Adamas Finance Asia Limited (AIM: ADAM), the London quoted company focused on providing shareholders with attractive uncorrelated, risk-adjusted returns from a diversified portfolio of pan-Asian investments, is pleased to announce the appointment of PKF Littlejohn LLP as its new auditor with immediate effect. The first financial statements to be audited by PKF Littlejohn LLP will be in connection with the financial year ending 31 December 2020.

PKF Littlejohn LLP will replace Crowe LLP who has formally resigned after 10 years of service. This change seeks to continue a strong level of corporate governance and an appropriate degree of independence of the Company's auditor.
