John Croft, Executive Chairman of the Company, has purchased a
total of 12,000 ordinary shares at a weighted average price of
24.98 pence per ordinary share. The purchases, all part of one
order, took place on 4(th) January (5,000 shares), 7(th) January
(5,000 shares), and 8(th) January 2021 (2,000 shares),
respectively. Following these transactions, Mr. John Croft holds
130,463 ordinary shares representing 0.11% of the voting rights in
the issued share capital of the Company, excluding shares held in
treasury.
