The Company announces that on 28 October 2021 it purchased for cancellation 92,500 of its ordinary shares of 5.4141p each ("Shares") through UBS, in accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 3 September 2021.

This is the figure which should be used by shareholders as the denominator when determining whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
