CLS Holdings plc Share Incentive Plan ("SIP")
The Company announces that it was notified on 8 October 2021
that Fredrik Widlund, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the
Company, and Andrew Kirkman, Chief Financial Officer and Director
of the Company, (the "Participants") acquired ordinary shares of
2.5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") on 7 October 2021 under the
Partnership Shares element of the CLS Holdings plc Share Incentive
Plan. The Participants were awarded one Matching Share for each
Partnership Share purchased.
The Ordinary Shares were purchased at a price of 220.5 pence per
Ordinary Share.
