CVC Credit Partners European Opportunities Limited (the "Company") announces the following in relation to its September 2021 Tender:

The Tender Price equals the NAV per Share as at 30 September 2021 minus GBP0.01 / EUR0.01 (being 1% of the Reference Price), as applicable.

It is anticipated that payment for the September 2021 tender will be made on 16 November 2021.

A further announcement regarding the unconditional purchase of the Tender Shares is expected to be made on or around 9 November 2021.

Terms defined in the Company's prospectus dated 29 March 2019 have the same meaning in this announcement unless otherwise defined.

(1) In respect of the Realisation Condition, the Company will submit redemption requests to the Investment Vehicle in respect of 286,730 Euro Company Investment Vehicle Interests (based on a net asset value of EUR1.049086) and 9,437,580 Sterling Company Investment Vehicle Interests (based on a net asset value of GBP1.108442) and in respect of which funds are expected to be received on or before the anticipated payment date set out above.
