Portfolio Update
The Company announces the signing of an agreement on 19 May 2021
for the settlement of the Company's claim on the Lizarda property
in Tocantins State. The claim, relating to the release of a lien
over the property, had been valued at nil in the Company's accounts
but settlement has been made for Brazilian Reals 2,000,000.00
(approximately GBP270,000.00) and the funds received in full.
This was the Company's sole remaining uncontracted property
related asset.
Tony Gardner-Hillman, Chairman, welcomed this additional
significant step in the right direction which brings Cambium very
close to the end of its stated aim to realise its assets.
