On 13 September 2021, Ross Jerrard, Chief Financial Officer,
purchased 15,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of
GBP0.917 per share. After settlement of the transaction, Ross will
hold a total of 500,000 [1] ordinary shares in the Company.
