of UK domestic law by virtue of the European (Withdrawal Act 2028),
the Company makes the below notification and public disclosure of
transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and
persons closely associated with them.
On 29 September 2021, Mark Bankes, Non-Executive Director,
purchased 40,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of
GBP0.9243 per share. After settlement of the transaction, Mark will
hold a total of 260,000 ordinary shares in the Company.
