City of London Group plc (AIM: CIN), the parent company of Recognise Bank, is pleased to announce that Michael Goldstein, CEO of COLG and Jason Oakley, CEO of Recognise Bank, will provide a live investor presentation relating to its interim results and its future plans following a successful fundraise and its receipt of a banking license from the FCA/PRA, via the Investor Meet Company platform on 13(th) January at 11:00am GMT.

The Company is looking forward to having the opportunity to address investors and potential investors at an exciting time for the Company, and is committed to ensuring that there are appropriate communication structures for all elements of its shareholder base so that its strategy, business model and performance are clearly understood.
