City of London (LSE: CLIG), a leading specialist asset management group offering a range of institutional and retail products investing in closed-end funds, has been notified that our CEO Tom Griffith has exercised 5,000 share options at an exercise price of GBP4.03 per share.

Following these purchases, Mr. Griffith's beneficial interest is 413,735 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.8% of the Company's issued share capital.
