The Company announces that, following payment of the full year
dividend on 27 September 2021 and further to the announcement made
on 5 October 2021, dividends received in respect of ordinary shares
of 10 pence each in the Company ( Shares ) held by Andrew Thomis,
Chief Executive, and his Persons Closely Associated ( PCA s) were
automatically reinvested as follows:
