COHORT PLC (the "Company")
Result of AGM
Cohort, the AIM listed independent technology group, announces
that at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today all the
resolutions contained within the Notice of Meeting dated 26 August
2021 were duly passed by shareholders by means of a poll vote.
