Compass Group CFO Karen Witts to Step Down; Palmer Brown Named as Successor

Compass Group PLC said Monday that Chief Financial Officer Karen
Witts is stepping down from her role on Oct. 31 and that it has
appointed Palmer Brown to replace her.
The U.K. catering contractor said that Mr. Brown will join the
board as a director with immediate effect and become CFO on Nov.
1.
He is currently commercial director and was interim chief
financial officer for a period between 2018 and 2019.
