Board Changes
The Board of Concurrent Technologies Plc (AIM:CNC), a world
leading specialist in the design and manufacture of
high-performance embedded computer boards for critical
applications, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jonathan
Martin as Chief Financial Officer and as an executive director of
the Company with effect from 1 August 2021.
Jonathan has been the Group Financial Controller of the Company
since June 2017 and is a member of the Chartered Institute of
Management Accountants with 23 years of experience acting in
financial operations.
In addition, the Company confirms that further to the
announcement of 12 May 2021, following a handover period with Dr
Miles Adcock, Jane Annear will officially retire and cease to be a
director of the Company on 31 July 2021.
Mark Cubitt, Non-executive Chairman of Concurrent Technologies,
