22 September 2021 - The Board of Craneware plc (AIM: CRW.L), the market leader in Value Cycle software solutions for the US healthcare market, announces that on 22 September 2021 , Keith Neilson, CEO of the Company, purchased 2,128 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company at a price of 2,350 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the purchase of Ordinary Shares, Mr. Neilson holds 3,431,522 Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company, representing 9.66% of the Company's issued share capital.
