James Cropper plc
(the "Company")
Notification of Transaction of Person Discharging Managerial
Responsibility
("PDMR")
The Company was notified on 20 July 2021 that on the same day,
the Trustees of James Cropper Plc Share Incentive Plan ("JC SIP
Plan") transferred 22,073 ordinary shares of 25p each ("Shares") in
the company to participants of the SIP Scheme. The Shares were
awarded to the participants on 18 July 2016 at a price of 734.25p
per Share with the beneficial rights to participants recognised
immediately upon award.
The SIP trust holds the Shares for a five year period from award
and then transfers the Shares to the participants.
The above transfer includes the following PDMRs of the
Company:
