Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On December 18, 2021, R. Nicholas Burns notified Entegris, Inc. (the "Company") that, effective as of December 21, 2021, he was resigning from the Board of Directors (the "Board") of the Company in connection with his confirmation as United States ambassador to China. In connection with the foregoing, the Company intends to reduce the size of the Board from nine to eight directors.
