AIM Admission and Total Voting Rights
Curtis Banks Group Plc (AIM:CBP) announces that an application
has been made to AIM and the London Stock Exchange ("LSE") for an
admission of 465,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the
Company ("Ordinary Shares"). The Ordinary Shares will be issued
pursuant to the exercise of James Scott's employee share options
under the approved and unapproved EMI Option Schemes.
The Ordinary Shares will be issued credited as fully paid and
will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary
shares. It is expected that such admission will become effective on
14 April 2021.
Upon admission the Company's issued share capital will consist
of 66,879,312 Ordinary Shares. There are no Ordinary Shares held in
Treasury.
The above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as
the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine
if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in
their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
PDMR Dealing
Further to the AIM admission referenced above, the Company
announces that it was notified that a sale took place of 465,000
Ordinary Shares by a PDMR, James Scott, at an average price of
264.1 pence per Ordinary Share. The shares were issued pursuant to
the exercise of James Scott's employee share options under the
approved and unapproved EMI Option Schemes.
