("Curtis Banks", the "Company")
PDMR share awards and Issue of options
Curtis Banks, one of the UK's leading SIPP providers, hereby
provides notification that it has granted certain employees,
including PDMRs, share awards and options, as part of its 2020
annual remuneration review. Every year, as part of this annual
remuneration review, certain employees are awarded a bonus that is
part-cash and part-shares/options.
