Board Appointment
D4t4 Solutions Plc (AIM: D4T4, "the Group", "D4t4"), whose
software enables businesses to make smarter, informed decisions via
Celebrus, its flagship first party product suite, announces that
following the announcement of 2 August 2021, Ashoni ("Ash") Mehta
has now taken up his role as Chief Financial Officer, and has been
appointed to the Board with effect today.
Ash brings over 20 years' experience as a finance director and
has previously served on the boards of a number of AIM and Official
List businesses. Most recently, Ash was CFO at Rosslyn Data
Technologies Plc and Northbridge Industrial Services Plc, where he
also served as a Non-Executive Director between April 2011 and June
2021.
Since 31 August 2021, Ash Mehta has ceased to be a director
of:
Rosslyn Analytics Ltd
Rosslyn Data Management Ltd
Rosslyn Data Technologies Plc
Save for these changes all details previously disclosed on 2
August 2021 for the purposes of schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for
Companies in relation to Mr. Mehta remain the same.
