Result of Annual General Meeting

D4t4 Solutions Plc (AIM: D4T4, "the Group", "D4t4"), whose software enables businesses to make smarter, informed decisions via Celebrus, its flagship first party product suite , confirms that all resolutions proposed at today's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") were duly passed on a poll.

Full details of the voting results will be available on the Group's website at www.d4t4solutions.com .

Following shareholder approval at today's AGM, the final dividend of 2.0 pence per share will be paid on 17 September 2021 to Members on the Register at close of business on 13 August 2021.
