11. Additional Information 
 
We have been notified that the disclosure that was required in November 2012 
was not released properly, so in agreement with the issuer have decided to 
re-issue it. Our position has continued to remain underneath the 5% threshold 
since the date the threshold was crossed. 
 
Percentage figures based on shares in issue of 51,327,725 as at 12th November 
2012. 
 
The indirect voting rights under (9) relate to shares held in client 
portfolios, managed by those firms, under discretionary investment management 
agreements.
