EQT Agrees to Sell IT Service Provider Iver to Intermediate Capital Group

STOCKHOLM--Swedish private-equity firm EQT AB said Friday that
it has agreed to sell Iver to U.K. asset manager Intermediate
Capital Group PLC.
Stockholm, Sweden-based Iver develops, packages and provides IT
services and was founded by EQT in May 2018 through the merger of
EQT portfolio companies Candidator and DGC IT Services.
The transaction is subject to customary conditions and approvals
and is expected to close in August.
Financial details weren't disclosed.
