NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTION OF DIRECTOR
Ebiquity announces that it has been notified of the following
transaction in the ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the capital
of the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
Rob Woodward, Non-executive Director and Chair, bought 41,759
Ordinary Shares at a price of GBP0.359 per share. Following this
transaction Rob Woodward is interested in a total of 147,280
Ordinary Shares representing 0.18% of the Company's issued share
capital and 0.19% of the Company's total voting rights.
