Deferred Share Awards to Executive Directors
ECO Animal Health Group plc announces that on 24 September 2021,
deferred nominal cost share awards over 37,755 ordinary shares in
the Company (representing approximately 0.05 percent of the
Company's issued share capital) were granted in accordance with the
rules of Company's Deferred Bonus Plan ("DBS") to the Executive
Directors listed below. The awards represent 33% of the aggregate
bonus awards earned by these Directors in respect of the Company's
financial year ended 31 March 2021. Subject to the terms and
conditions of the DBS, the deferred share awards may vest after a 3
year vesting period.

As indicated in the Circular to shareholders dated 4 February
2021 the DBS has been established to allow the Remuneration
Committee to require a significant part of the annual bonuses
awarded to Executive Directors to be deferred in exchange for
nominal cost share awards.
