Updated Net Asset Value

As at 10 February 2021, the value of the Company's holding in Unity was GBP10.2m. This valuation was based on Unity's trading price as at 10 February 2021 of $127.51 per share and an exchange rate of $1:GBP0.72228.

The Company's unaudited net asset value ("NAV") per H share as at 10 February 2021 was 142.58p.

As at 22 February 2021, the value of the Company's holding in Unity had decreased from GBP10.2m to GBP9.1m (a decrease of 10.8%). This decrease is based on Unity's trading price as at 22 February 2021 of $115.46 per share and an exchange rate of $1:GBP0.7112.

If the unaudited NAV per H share as at 10 February 2021 is revised to take account of (i) the revaluation as at 22 February 2021 of the Company's Unity holding and (ii) a valuation increase/(decrease) as at 22 February 2021 of approximately GBP262,000 and (GBP66,000) in the Company's listed holdings in Audioboom and Mirriad then the NAV per H share as at 22 February 2021 becomes 134.77p (142.58p as at 10 February 2021), a decrease of 5.5%.

The Board emphasises that the NAV per H share as recalculated above is unaudited and reflects only the movements in the Company's listed shareholdings attributed to the H Shares.
