Essentra plc has received notification that Karen Lester, spouse
of Paul Lester, Chairman and PDMR of Essentra plc, purchased 10,000
ordinary shares in the Company at GBP2.935376 per share on 30 March
2021, and that Nicki Demby, Non-Executive Director and PDMR of
Essentra plc, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company at
GBP2.91552 per share on 30 March 2021.
