EVRAZ plc ("EVRAZ" or the "Company") - Clarification regarding the potential demerger of its coal assets (the "Potential Demerger")

Further to the investor call held earlier today to discuss the Company's Q3 2021 trading update, the Company wishes to clarify its position regarding the Potential Demerger.

Further to the Company's announcements on 26 January, 15 April and 5 August 2021, the Company is continuing to undertake work on the structure for the Potential Demerger, but no final decision has yet been taken by the board of EVRAZ (the "Board") as to whether to undertake the Potential Demerger. There can be no assurance that the Potential Demerger will be undertaken and the Board will continue to keep shareholders updated through further announcements as appropriate.
