FIH group plc, the AIM quoted international group which owns essential services businesses focused on retail, transport and logistics, announces that on Wednesday 28 July 2021, Mr. Robert Johnston, a director of the Company, purchased 3,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Shares") at a price of 225.0 pence per Share.

As a result of this, Mr. Robert Johnston holds 54,300 Shares in his own name, and as he is also the representative of the Company's largest shareholder, "The Article 6 Marital Trust, created under the First Amended and Restated Jerry Zucker Revocable Trust dated 4-2-07", which holds 3,596,553 Shares, Robert Johnston is interested in 3,650,853 Shares in total, representing 29.2% of the Company's 12,519,900 total voting rights.
