The Company announces that it received notification on 29 September 2021 that on 29 September 2021 Alexander Fiske-Harrison, a non-executive director of Fiske, disposed of 20,000 Fiske ordinary shares of 25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 70 pence per Ordinary Share, representing 0.17% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

Following the disposal, Mr Fiske-Harrison is now interested in 207,000 Ordinary Shares, which represents 1.75% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
