Forterra plc (the "Company") was notified on 7 October 2021 that on the same day, George Stewart, Operations Director sold 2,876 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of GBP2.93.

George Stewart's total beneficial interest in the Ordinary Shares of the Company now stands at 49,687 Ordinary Shares.
