Franc Steady Ahead Of Swiss Consumer And Retail Sales

At 2.30 am ET Monday, the Federal Statistical Office releases
Swiss consumer and retail sales. Inflation is expected to rise to
1.1 percent in September from 0.9 percent in August.
Ahead of the data, the franc held steady against its major
rivals.
The franc was worth 0.9305 against the greenback, 119.31 against
the yen, 1.2603 against the pound and 1.0792 against the euro as of
2:25 am ET.
