Directorate Changes
Games Workshop today announces that Sally Matthews,
Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee of
the Company will resign from the Board with effect from the half
year end of 28 November 2021. The Board would like to thank Sally
for her valuable contribution to the Company and wish her well for
the future.
A recruitment process for a new Non-Executive Director is now
underway and in the interim Elaine O'Donnell will also assume the
role of Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee.
