Ingenta plc, a leading provider of software and services to the global publishing industry, announces that the Company's issued share capital comprises 16,919,609 Ordinary Shares, of which 382,104 Ordinary Shares are held treasury. The Company therefore has a total of 16,537,505 voting rights, which may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
