InnovaDerma (LSE: IDP), a UK developer of beauty, personal care and life sciences products, announces that it was notified on 10 May 2021, Mark Ward, Non-executive Director has purchased as part of the Company's Open Offer, 17,500 Ordinary Shares of EUR0.10 each in the Company at a price of 35 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the purchase, Mark Ward now holds a total of 3,791,990 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 13.85% of the issued share capital of the Company.
