The Company announces that it has today purchased 13,824 Income shares for cancellation at 160.00 pence per share.

Following the transaction the remaining Income shares in issue total 85,682,546

The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury. Any shares held in Treasury would only be re-issued at a premium to net asset value.
