Withdrawal of Warrant Exercise

Jubilee, the AIM and Altx traded metals processing company, announces that further to the announcement on 6 May 2021, the warrant holder has withdrawn the notice to exercise their 2 944 984 existing warrants in the Company (the "Warrant Shares").

The Warrant Shares will therefore not be admitted to trading on AIM or listed on the Altx of the JSE Limited.

Total voting rights

The Company's total issued capital will be 2 242 509 468 ordinary shares (following the admission of 138 889 new ordinary shares further to the announcement on 10 May 2021). As the Company does not hold any shares in treasury, this figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company following Admission.
