In accordance with Rule 5.6.1 of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules ('the DTRs'), we would like to notify the market of the following:

KKV Secured Loan Fund Limited (the "Company") advises that as at 31 August 2021 its issued share capital comprises 355,975,669 Ordinary Shares and 138,924,222 C Shares. The total issued share capital with voting rights is 494,899,891.

Please note that the shares previously recorded as being held in Treasury, numbering 1,731,838 shares, have now been cancelled.

The total number of voting rights of the Ordinary Shares is 355,975,669 and the total number of voting rights of the C Shares is 138,924,222. As such the total voting rights figure of 494,899,891 may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
