02 November 2020: MENA Land Plc, which is focused on making acquisitions in the real estate sector in the United Arab Emirates (the "UAE"), would like to announce that it has submitted an application to the Financial Conduct Authority (the "FCA") on 30-Oct-2020 requesting for a temporary listing suspension on the shares of the Company in accordance with Chapter 5 of the Listing Rules.

On account of unforeseen developments globally during the current year due to COVID-19, the Company was unable to complete in a timely manner the finalization and the consequential statutory audit of the financial statements of the Company for the year ended 31-Dec-2019. Accordingly, the temporary listing suspension shall come into force with immediate effect and shall continue till such time the audited financial statements of the Company as on 31-Dec-2019 and the interim financials as on 30-Jun-2020 are made public to the market.
