As detailed in its announcement of 23 December 2021, PCF announces that it has now posted to its members the notice of certain matters that Ernst & Young LLP, as resigning auditors, considered need to be brought to the attention of members and such creditors as it is required to under the Companies Act 2006.

A copy of the same is available for viewing on the Company's website, https://pcf.bank/investors/ , in the Notifications made in the last 12 months section.

PCF's shares remain suspended from trading.
