Transaction in own shares

PIP announces that on 30 September 2021, the Company purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of GBP0.67 (the "Ordinary Shares") at a price of 3017.3606 pence per Ordinary Share to be held in Treasury.

Total Voting Rights

Following the share buyback, the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital consists of 54,089,447 Ordinary Shares, of which 50,000 shares are held in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights in the Company is 54,039,447 Ordinary Shares. Each share has one voting right.
