Update

Plutus PowerGen PLC, the AIM listed cash shell, announces that it is in advanced discussions regarding the appointment of a new Financial Adviser alongside the execution of a Heads of Terms for the acquisition of an asset of interest to the Company.

The proposed reverse takeover of Ben's Creek Carbon LLC announced 11 June 2021 will no longer be proceeding as the asset owners declined to respond to the Company's invitation to continue with the transaction given the Company is now intending to re-list on the Standard List of the London Stock Exchange versus AIM.

The Company will provide a further update in the near future.
