Director/PDMR Shareholding
Quarto (LSE: QRT) announces that 1010 Printing Limited (a
company incorporated in Hong Kong under registration number
1419686), and a company closely associated with Mr Chuk Kin Lau, a
director of the Company, has acquired 1,679,743 shares of common
stock of US$0.10 each ("Shares"), as detailed below.
1010 Printing Limited acquired the Shares from Mr Lau and
therefore, following this transaction, the aggregate holding is
unchanged at 16,859,569 Shares which represents 41.23% of the
Company's issued share capital. As a result of this transaction, Mr
Lau will no longer hold any Shares.
