Director Shareholding
Quixant (AIM: QXT), a leading provider of innovative, highly
engineered technology products principally for the global gaming
and broadcast industries, announces that it was informed on 30 June
2021 that Francis Small, Non-Executive Chairman, purchased 30,000
ordinary shares of 0.1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of
161.9 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase").
Following the Purchase, Francis Small is beneficially interested
in 30,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.04 per
cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
The below notification, made in accordance with the requirements
of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, provides further detail on the
transaction.
