Dividend Timetable
The Company announces that the next dividend payment on the
Company's 7.375% cumulative irredeemable preference shares of GBP1
each ("Preference Shares") will be on 1 October 2021. The
associated ex-dividend and record dates are 19 August 2021 and 20
August 2021 respectively.
Dividend: in the gross amount of GBP4,609,375.00 / GBP0.036875
per Preference Share
Ex-dividend date: 19 August 2021
Record date: 20 August 2021
Payment date: 1 October 2021
