The Company announces that Robert Dunn, an Executive Director, yesterday purchased 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 29 pence per share.

Following this purchase, Mr Dunn is now interested in 1,699,676 ordinary shares of 25p each, equal to approximately 3.39% of the total issued share capital of Rotala.
